Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. You will greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, recommend maintenance and repair services, prepare accurate estimates, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (Required).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Skills: Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills with the ability to build trust and explain repairs clearly.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple customers, appointments, and repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Identity: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
